TESTILÉ S.A.S. is a company specialized in the production and marketing of disposable nonwoven clothing nationwide, producing products with responsibility, efficiency and quality, committed to the development of the country. In the production of each of our products, we promote quality of work life for employees and subcontractors, the prevention of incidents and occupational diseases, and also avoid contamination, non-compliance with specifications in their products, damage to property and negative socio-environmental impacts through strategic planning and Risk Management of each of its processes. TESTILÉ S.A.S. is committed to having the physical, economic, technological and human resources necessary for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Comprehensive Management System.

Objectives of the comprehensive management system

Through successful project management, generate sustainable growth for the Organization, allowing it to position itself as a leader in the different sectors of the economy. Satisfy the needs of the client and other interested parties by fulfilling contractual and other commitments entered into by the Organization. Prevent the occurrence of incidents and occupational diseases and prevent the impacts generated on the environment by the Company’s different activities. Maintain and continually improve the Comprehensive Management System: Quality-Environment – Occupational Health and Safety.

Environmental protection policies

Fully comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental legislation.
Ensure that wherever possible risks and hazards in the area of safety, health and the environment are eliminated, combated or reduced to a minimum.
Provide sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision so that employees can carry out their jobs competently and safely.
Ensure that Medical Devices are handled, used and stored correctly to avoid harm to the health of employees and the environment.
Minimize the generation of waste during the manufacturing, packaging and distribution process of medical devices.
When possible, replace packaging and packaging materials with others that are considered less harmful to the environment and people's health.
Optimize energy use in processes and operations.
Disseminate among our clients the correct use and final disposal of all packaging material, packaging, labeling and other information in physical or electronic media that is delivered together with medical devices.
Define a protocol for discarding and disposing of defective medical devices and their components in a way that minimizes the harmful impact on the environment.
Ensure that all employees understand these policies and their responsibilities for caring for the environment.
